We combine techniques from neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), hypnotherapy and life coaching, tailored to each of our clients. There are no off-the-shelf solutions - every session is as individual as you are.
I spent many years leading manufacturing Continuous Improvement programmes – often being brought in to fix issues which had caused problems for years, and no one knew how to sort out. It was through this that I first became involved in coaching – challenging and supporting individuals and teams to change established ways of doing things and achieve better results.
So it was a natural progression into personal coaching, supporting people to change what they'd never believed they could – and the results always amaze me.
I began my training with NLP Practitioner certification, by Dr Richard Bandler (who co-founded NLP over 40 years ago); and I've since continued to train with the world's best.
My approach is very individual – no two clients are the same, so every session will be different. My role is to support you in accessing your own amazing resources: You may be surprised that you already have everything you need to make great changes very quickly – after that, it's about enjoying the results, and asking 'what next?'
What is NLP?
NLP stands for neuro-linguistic programming - how we represent our reality in the way we think: a wide range of approaches and techniques to help change thoughts, feelings or behaviour.
Many NLP techniques were developed by studying those who'd already made great personal change, finding out what they had in common that was successful, and capturing it for use by others.
What is Hypnotherapy?
It's a very direct approach – it's not necessary to go back to the origin of a problem to generate useful, powerful results, quickly. You naturally enter hypnotic states many times each day: Any time your attention is inwardly directed - when planning, reflecting or daydreaming. The unconscious mind directs nearly all behaviour, and stores vast resources for creativity and change.
Hypnosis is a state of focused awareness, which allows you to make lasting change at the unconscious level. It's a very pleasant and relaxing experience, which allows you to effectively access your own amazing resources.
